Stonewalk Beauty Policies

At Stonewalk Beauty, we thrive on providing each and every client with the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Stonewalk Beauty experience. Stonewalk Beauty reserves all of its rights.

Stonewalk Beauty advises all clients to pre-book appointments to ensure the desired date and time are secured. Walk-in appointments are also welcome and accepted provided there is availability for required treatment(s).

Stonewalk Beauty operates under a no-refund policy.

Stonewalk Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s) demonstrating inappropriate, disruptive, rude, or aggressive behaviour. Please ensure you give us the correct contact information. Stonewalk Beauty may telephone you to notify you of your upcoming appointment. Various treatments, including but not limited to tint, require a 24-hour test patch policy to be signed by the client.

Deposits & Late Policy

Deposits apply to all treatments above £10. Cancellations and/or alterations made within 24 hours of appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit as a late cancellation or a no-show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list loses out. Stonewalk Beauty allows a 10 minute grace period for late arrival to booked treatments. Late arrival after the 10 minute grace period will be treated either as a no-show or may result in booked treatments being cut short depending on the treatment booked. This is at the full discretion of Stonewalk Beauty and is done in order to ensure no delay is caused or created for other clients and their bookings. Appointment date and/or time changes are restricted to two changes. Any further changes will result in the loss of the deposit. Stonewalk Beauty reserves the right to ask the full price of future bookings/treatments in the event of late cancellation or a no-show.

Lash Extensions

Lash infills are every 2/3 weeks. All infills after 3 weeks will be treated as new set.

We do not infill other lash artists' work. In this event, lashes will need to be removed and a new set will be applied.

Gift Certificate

Gift Certificates are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase and must be physically presented on the day of treatment to be redeemed. Gift certificates purchased with sale prices must be used on or before the sale/promotion end date.

In the event of cancellation or alterations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and for no-show appointments booked with Gift Certificates, an equivalent of the booked treatment deposit will be deducted from the Gift Certificate. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.

Privacy

The safety of our clients is important to Stonewalk Beauty. Information received from clients, including consultation forms, are used strictly for health and safety purposes relating to booked treatments.
